Brand Commercial accountant

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain completeness & accuracy on accounting entries in software :
1. Purchases and sales entries.
2. Expense accounting capital and revenue
3. Provisions for accruals expenses and income.
4. Accounting for receipts and payments against open items.
5. Payroll accounting.
6. Depreciation accounting
2. Carry out reconciliations of financial records :
1. Bank reconciliation.
2. Petty cash reconciliation.
3. Store cash and credit card settlements.
4. Open advances and liabilities reconciliation.
5. Open PO v/s provision for expenses.
6. Inventory reconciliation.
3. Maintain records & registers in addition to accounting :
1. Fixed Asset registers.
2. Open purchase order report.
3. Open receivables
4. Open payables
4. Preparation of data for Audits :
1. Data submission to auditors.
2. Calculation and report for Schedules to Balance Sheet.

Education & Experience Required:

• Semi Qualified CA preferred.
• 4+ years experience
• Preferred Industries FMCG/ Retail
