Role & responsibilities

1. Provide exceptional service to customers, welcoming them with warmth and professionalism.

2. Assist customers in selecting and coordinating outfits for events, including bridal wear, and other special occasions.

3. Maintain and grow strong relationships with repeat clients through follow-up and personalized service.

4. Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to ensure the store reflects the elegance and vision of the brand.

5 Identify and understand clients' unique tastes, lifestyles, and preferences to provide consultations.

6. Proactively engage with VIP clients, offering early access to new collections, limited editions, and exclusive events.

7. Offer seamless, luxurious shopping experiences from initial interaction to post-sale services, including alterations, special orders, and follow-ups.

Preferred candidate profile

Should have min. 3-6 years of experience with fashion house or with any luxury brand.
