Key Responsibilities :

- Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the shipping analytics team.

- Utilize strong analytical and statistical skills to address complex business problems using a wide range of quantitative data.

- Provide structured and data-supported solutions to optimize shipping processes.

- Serve as a trusted partner to business units by translating complex analytical results into actionable business insights.

- Develop tools and reports to monitor and ensure program success.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

- High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data analysis and documentation.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

- Proficiency in SQL and Excel; experience with Tableau and statistical analysis.

- Knowledge of statistical programming languages like R or Python is a plus.

- Proven track record of using analytics to drive significant business impact, conducting deep dives, and presenting findings effectively.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline.

- 3 to 5 years of experience, with at least 3 years in relevant analytics roles.
