Role Overview :

We are seeking a talented Business Analyst/Associate to take end-to-end ownership of data-driven insights that inform leadership decisions across strategic initiatives.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and execute in-depth data analyses to support key strategic initiatives across the organization.

- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for growth.

- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track business performance, measure the impact of strategic initiatives, and identify areas for improvement.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance) to gather data, understand business requirements, and translate findings into actionable insights.

- Develop and implement A/B testing strategies and analyze results to optimize product features, marketing campaigns, and user experiences.

- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, concise, and impactful manner, using data visualizations (charts, graphs, dashboards) and compelling narratives.

- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and best practices in data analysis, business intelligence, and strategic planning.

- Mentor and guide junior analysts in data analysis methodologies and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4+ years of experience in Business Analytics within a reputable tech company or a top-tier management consulting firm.

- Proven expertise in end-to-end analytics, including data collection, analysis, interpretation, and presentation of findings.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex problems, identify key drivers, and develop insightful solutions.

- Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation techniques.

- Expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

- Experience with product analytics (A/B testing, tracking, tag management).

- Strong understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex data and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Experience creating compelling presentations with clear storylines for senior audiences.

Preferred Skills & Experience :

- Experience with data warehousing and data lake technologies (Snowflake, AWS Redshift).

- Experience with machine learning and predictive modeling techniques.

- Experience with scripting languages (Python, R).

- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot).

- Experience with Agile methodologies
