Regional Manager For Punjab , Himachal Pradesh, J & K and Chandigarh

We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager who’ll be responsible for driving sales growth, expansion of Cooking Appliances and improving Customer Experience in the Punjab, Himachal, J&K and Chandigarh (North 1) region.

You will be leading, directing, and motivating the regional sales team to achieve sales and bottom-up objectives.

Areas of Responsibility

Channel Management

New partner expansion

Primary and secondary sales management

Engage ecosystem of retailers, Interior designers, and architects for achieving business objectives

Demand gen activations to drive sales

Delivering top line sales numbers, achieving all time high volume in almost all product categories.

Planned marketing like ATL/BTL and sales strategy for new product launch with special attention to.

Customer attraction and branding

Retail Management

Geography cluster analysis to identify customer base

Maintain Market hygiene

Team Management

Drive lead and lag indicators

Train team on new product launches

Sales Growth or growth wallet share

Experience Required-

12 to 15 years of proven track record in Home & Kitchen Appliances or Electrical item for Channel, Project & Retail Sales

Strong understanding of business especially returns on investment for Multi Brand and Exclusive Brand outlets

Financial and commercial acumen

Stakeholder Management

Commercial Savviness

Solution oriented Problem Solving
