Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, or chat support to resolve customer queries and concerns.
  
• Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional manner, escalating issues when necessary.
  
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using CRM software (Zoho) for sales orders, returns, exchanges, etc.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using our internal system.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues that require technical assistance.
