Account Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Account Reconciliation & GST Reconciliation Executive to manage ledger reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and GST compliance. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling financial data, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring accurate tax filings.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Reconciliation:

• Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly bank reconciliations.
• Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable balances.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
• Verify and reconcile intercompany transactions.
• Ensure timely closure of open items in ledgers.

GST Reconciliation:

• Reconcile GSTR-2A/2B with purchase records for Input Tax Credit (ITC) claims.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve mismatches in GST filings.
• Assist in GST return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C).
• Keep track of GST notices and ensure compliance with tax laws.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in account reconciliation and GST compliance.
• Proficiency in Advance MS Excel, and accounting software (Finsys/SAP/Tally/Busy).
• Strong understanding of GST regulations and tax laws in India.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a manufacturing or trading industry.
• Knowledge of e-invoicing and e-way bill processes.

Certification in GST compliance or accounting is a plus
