Role & responsibilities

Preparing and support in IATF (QMS , HSEMS) , IFC, ISMS internal Audit.

Customer Interaction And Visits for problem resolutions.

Should have command in Outlook express, PPT, Excel and word MS office

Taking care of warranty /line issues with SMG/ RNSS/ HMSI.

Handling Change managements, CARV's etc. with SMG from initial to approval.

Monthly dept. Presentation preparations.

CSR Support to SI

Reconciliation & receivables for SMG & Supplementary submission

Monitoring of customer schedule to avoid any dead stock.

Managing Debtor Ledger sales register for customers including Payment status all customers.
