Engineer / Jr. Engineer / Supervisor - Production

Role & responsibilities

1. Must have working experience of 02-04 years. in production process of Parts for automotive use.

2. Should possess good communication skills in English, Hindi and Gujarati.

3. Must have knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 45001.

4. Must have good analytical skill for identifying and improving the process deficiencies.

5. Must have sound knowledge and implementation capabilities of 5S, 3T, 3G,3M, CAPA,7QC Tools, Kaizen, Poka-yoke.

6. Must have sound knowledge of MS Office.

7. Must be a good team player.

8. Should address and resolve the subordinates issues coordinating with concerned departments.

9. Daily Execution of Production Planning considering optimized use of resources.

10. Responsible for Continual improvement in process performance and productivity.

11. Responsible for achieving production targets (Daily/Monthly).

12. Responsible for skill upgradation of subordinates and maintaining the records as per defined Process.
