At AutoVRse, we building the finest VR / XR experiences, training modules and apps for modern enterprises.
With our AI-powered platform VRseBuilder we have deployed Virtual Reality (VR) training modules in several Fortune 500 companies such as Shell, Philips, AstraZeneca, Aditya Birla Group, JSW Steel, and Amazon.
Today, VRseBuilder is actively helping train & upskill over 1,00,000+ workers across India, Singapore and the US, and we're just getting started!.
In addition to this, we are also building the first-ever multiplayer, rhythm-based platformer in VR District M.
Our game, which launched as a free demo with 8 playable levels, in November 2023, will have a full launch in the winter season of 2024 playable on all Meta devices such as the Quest 2, Quest 3 and Quest 3S.

We need an HR leader who can build proper frameworks & policies while maintaining our startup spirit.
You'll standardize our core HR processes leave management, reviews & appraisals for high-performance teams, and wellness / training programs and create engagement initiatives that are not run-of-the-mill.
Most importantly, you'll help us maintain a healthy workplace environment through smart people-focused policies, and act as sounding board to senior leadership / managers as we scale in size and ambition.
Who are we looking for?.
- 8+ years HR experience, with at least 3 years in a similar role in tech / product / game studio environments.
- Experience in setting up / implementing training programs for first-time managers / leaders who have come through the ranks.
- Deep knowledge of labour laws, POSH, equal opportunities / related best practices, with a proven track record of having implemented them in workplaces.
- Proven experience of handling high-performance teams dealing sensitively with real issues such as health& wellness, burnout, and conflict management.
- Experience in employee-engagement initiatives, events and programs that are innovative, and take into account the company culture / vibe.
- Strong documentation and policy-writing skills, with the ability to create / devise new processes & policies that meet the demands of creative, driven and fast-moving teams.
What would your first 6 months look like?.
- Audit & update all HR policies ensure legal compliance, but also flexibility that's geared to our team's needs.
- Revamp & implement aforesaid policies thoroughly train our middle / senior management, sensitizing them on how to handle situations, scenarios the right way.
- Identify, design and deliver training & upskilling programs throughout the company freshers, middle management, seniors etc.
- Be the evangelist for continuous improvement and personal growth within the company.
- Ensure we have all the policies, processes and frameworks in place for a safe, inclusive, welcoming work environment including POSH, In-Office / Workplace rules & behavioral guidelines, Leave Management, Reviews & Appraisals.
Compensation:
Overall CTC: INR 14 16 LPA.
ESOPs: Negotiable.
Other Benefits: Healthcare / Family Coverage, PF, Relocation Bonus.
Primary Job Location: Work from Office, Bengaluru (INDIA).
