Job Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Generalist to take charge of a wide range of HR functions, including employee onboarding and offboarding, performance management, compliance, training and development, employee relations, and engagement initiatives.
- This role will serve as a strategic partner to the business, ensuring smooth HR operations and fostering a positive employee experience throughout the organization.
- The ideal candidate will possess a solid HR foundation, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to implement innovative and effective HR solutions to drive employee satisfaction, retention, and organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for new hires.
- Conduct orientation sessions to introduce company policies, values, and expectations.
- Administer role-specific and compliance training for new employees.
- Handle offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews, ensuring compliance with asset return policies, and collecting feedback to improve the employee lifecycle experience.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, resolving workplace issues and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
- Support managers in addressing performance-related concerns and conflict resolution while adhering to organizational policies.
- Organize and manage employee engagement activities, including team-building workshops, corporate celebrations, and wellness initiatives, to promote a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.
- Develop and execute initiatives to enhance employee morale, satisfaction, and retention.
Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance appraisal process, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with managers to establish performance improvement plans (PIPs) and provide ongoing support to employees to help them meet performance expectations.
- Analyze performance trends and provide actionable insights to senior leadership to drive improvements and organizational success.
Learning & Development:
- Identify training needs by conducting skills gap analyses and collaborating with leadership to design development plans.
- Develop and implement innovative learning solutions, such as e-learning courses, leadership training programs, and compliance workshops, to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Oversee the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS), tracking employee progress and maintaining accurate training records.
- Conduct refresher sessions and ensure employees remain compliant with policies and regulations.
Policy Implementation & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and industry standards across all HR activities.
- Keep policies and procedures up to date and communicate changes effectively to employees.
- Conduct audits to ensure adherence to HR policies and resolve any compliance issues.
- Serve as a liaison between employees and management regarding policy-related matters.
HR Data Analytics & Reporting:
- Analyze key HR metrics, such as employee turnover, retention rates, and engagement levels, to provide actionable insights and inform decision-making.
- Prepare and present regular reports to leadership on workforce trends and HR performance.
- Leverage data to design strategies for improving employee satisfaction and retention.
Compensation & Benefits Administration:.
- Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of employee data.
- Support employees with benefit-related queries, ensuring smooth resolution of issues.
- Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation packages.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Support:.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth hiring processes, from drafting job descriptions to interviewing candidates.
- Support workforce planning and talent pipeline management initiatives.
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Change Management & Organizational Development:.
- Actively participate in driving change management initiatives, ensuring alignment with company values and objectives.
- Support leadership in rolling out organizational development initiatives, restructuring, and process improvements.
HR Administration & Documentation:.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personal data, attendance, and leave management, in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Ensure timely completion of employee documentation, such as offer letters, contracts, and other HR-related agreements.
- Streamline HR administrative processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Requirements:.
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6-9 years of HR experience, with exposure to multiple areas such as employee relations, engagement, and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS, LMS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience managing employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Familiarity with change management and organizational development principles.
- Expertise in designing and implementing innovative learning programs.
