Job Summary

We are looking out for Key Account Manager to Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities

Roles & responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with products
• Acting as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively identifying opportunities for up selling and cross-selling
• Conducting regular business reviews and performance analyses for key accounts
• Identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts
• Collaborating with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, production and sales support team

Desired candidate profile -

• Prior experience as a Key Account Manager or as a sales professional.
• Experience in handling tenders on GEM portal
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
• Independently manage the key accounts.
• Effective communication skills and an ability to form strong relationships with the clients.
• Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools, like Excel to make data-driven decisions.
• Should be an extrovert with good interpersonal skills
