CTC – 1 lac per month to 1.25 Lc per month

Job Summary – Overall responsibility of Leading the Furniture division. Driving the team to success with clear targets and high standards for profitability. Also ensuring that sales and marketing efforts are coordinated and synchronized.

Job responsibilities-

• Overseeing all the sales, support & business development activities within the team.
• Leading & managing the team
• Implementing sales & marketing strategies effectively
• New customer development & existing Customer relationship management
• Ensuring that the team meets the targets
• Identify new opportunities & scope for overall improvement & recommending accordingly to the Head to department
• Providing training and mentoring to the team members as & when required

Desired Candidate profile –

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Good communication skills
• Matured enough to handle team
• Good in decision making

Industry preference – manufacturing industry of hospital beds, actuators, mattress, medical/surgical equipment.
