Job Summary:

- Conduct benefits orientation for new hires and coordinate open enrollment processes.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations related to employee benefits.
- Oversee the end-to-end performance appraisal process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
- Train managers and employees on performance management tools, processes, and best practices.
- Ensure transparency and fairness in the performance evaluation process.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in HR operations, with a focus on employee benefits and performance management.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
