Job Description:

We are looking for a Strategic Sourcer Sales & Marketing to join our Global Recruitment team and play a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent for our Sales and Marketing functions.

In this role, you will focus on sourcing high-quality candidates to drive Hexnode's continued growth and success in the competitive enterprise software and cybersecurity markets.

You will work closely with hiring managers and recruitment teams to understand the needs of the business and strategically source talent across multiple geographies.

The ideal candidate is an experienced sourcer with a deep understanding of the sales and marketing domains, particularly within the tech industry.

You should possess excellent sourcing skills, be comfortable with high-volume recruitment, and be passionate about attracting the right people to help grow Hexnode's presence and impact in the global market.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Marketing Talent Sourcing: Use creative and proactive sourcing methods to identify top candidates for sales and marketing roles, including positions like Sales Representatives, Marketing Managers, Digital Marketing Specialists, Business Development Managers, and more.

Strategic Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, engaging them through various touchpoints, including email, phone, and social media, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and requirements for each sales and marketing role.

Collaborate on developing job descriptions, sourcing strategies, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Global Talent Mapping: Source and identify sales and marketing talent across a variety of regions, especially focusing on emerging and competitive markets.

Stay updated on industry trends and ensure a global talent pool is tapped.

Market Intelligence & Trend Analysis: Keep track of talent trends in the sales and marketing sectors within the enterprise software and cybersecurity industries.

Provide valuable insights on market compensation, skill sets, and competitive landscapes to inform hiring strategies.

Diversity & Inclusion: Ensure diversity and inclusion are integral to the recruitment process by sourcing candidates from diverse backgrounds and fostering a welcoming environment for all.

Employer Branding: Contribute to promoting Hexnode's employer brand in the marketplace by conveying the company's culture, mission, and values to prospective candidates.

Metrics & Reporting: Track the effectiveness of sourcing efforts, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and engagement levels.

Report regularly on key performance indicators and use data to optimize sourcing strategies.

Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a continuous talent pipeline for sales and marketing roles, preparing for upcoming hiring needs and ensuring swift action when roles open up.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 5+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or headhunting, with specific experience in sourcing for sales and marketing roles, ideally in the tech or enterprise software industry.

- Proven Success: Track record of success in sourcing high-quality candidates for sales and marketing roles, with the ability to meet high-volume recruitment goals.

- Sourcing Expertise: Proficient in using a variety of sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, CRM systems, and Boolean search.

- Familiarity with sales and marketing-specific sourcing channels is a plus.

- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of sales and marketing functions within the enterprise software, SaaS, or cybersecurity industries, including key roles, skill sets, and market trends.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and collaborate with internal stakeholders effectively.

- Global Reach: Experience recruiting across multiple geographies, with an understanding of regional nuances in sales and marketing recruitment.

- Problem-Solving & Initiative: Ability to think critically and solve challenges, adapt sourcing strategies, and take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Results-Oriented: Strong focus on achieving recruitment targets and optimizing the sourcing process to ensure high-quality hires in a timely manner.

Preferred Skills:.

- Experience recruiting in both digital and traditional sales and marketing roles, including digital marketing, social media marketing, product marketing, field sales, business development, and sales enablement.

- Knowledge of recruitment marketing strategies and tools.

- Familiarity with sales and marketing tools and platforms, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, etc.
