SOC Shift Lead

• Supervise and operate the Security Command Centre, focusing on CCTV surveillance, access management, and tools like Lenel.
• Support Incident Management, addressing major incidents per the Major Incident Management process and supporting lesser incidents.
• Monitor the external environment, generate periodic security reports, analyses, and advisories
• Communicate effectively in emergencies, analyze situations quickly, and initiate or escalate responses as needed
• Stay updated with industry practices and participate in role-plays and exercises for emergency preparedness

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate with 3+ years in Corporate Security
• Experience with Veracity software, Ccure, Lenel, or similar tools
• Proficiency in producing high-quality written reports and security briefs
• Ability to operate effectively in a multicultural environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI are a plus
