Dear Candidate,

We are currently looking out for Male & Female Hostel warden for our Hostels based out within Pune.

Candidates having prior experience in any reputed institute or University across India

Prior experience in handling a minimum student strength of 600 Students independently.

24*7 Shift Pattern

Job Description:

Actively handled Hostels & and support to the Chief Warden and provided relevant

information from time to time

3. Key Accountability

Strategic

• Shall be responsible for the overall management of the existing and upcoming hostels.

Operational

• Responsible for allotment of rooms to the students.
• To ensure housekeeping and cleaning of the Hostel.
• Always ensure the safety and security of all borders and maintain discipline in and around

the Hostel.

• Responsible for maintenance of the hostel, no damage to the hostel furniture and fittings,

and timely repair.

• Looks after the quality of food served in the hostels.
• Keeps strict discipline among students of the hostels.
• Reports to the Chief Warden in case of any indiscipline or misbehavior by the students.
• Looks into the grievances/complaints of the students if found genuine.
• Arranges for first aid in case of any emergency and arrange for hospitalization of students/

staff, if required.

• Ensuring 100% occupancy at each hostel.
• Maintain a Proper record of each student residing at the hostel.
• Ensure maintenance within 48 hours to one week in case of any breakdown.

Financial and Budget

Coordinate with the Chief Warden.
