Office Superintendent

Responsibilities

Liaison Work

• With various institutes within the campus
• With Govt. Organizations (as in when required)

Administration

• General correspondence.
• Drafting & Noting.
• Record maintenance.
• Overall responsibility / supervision & monitoring of the General Administration Unit
• Organize a filing system for important and confidential documents.
• Coordinate with housekeeping agencies.
• Manage office supplies stock and place orders
• Keeping record of institute level infrastructure.
• Facility management

Safety and Security

• Managing the safety & security of the college/institute premises by following processes & procedure and follow-up action on the policy matters
• To coordinate with the outsourced Security Agency & inhouse security.
• Preparation of Budget & deployment of security personnel
• Overall responsibility / supervision & monitoring of the Security Unit

Support Actions

• Arrangement & Coordination of the Campus Visits
• Accommodation and Guest (Transit) House Arrangements for Visitors
• Transport Arrangements
• Vendor & Management

Requirements

• 10-15 Years of experience (experience in college/university preferred)
• Ability to work well under minimal supervision.
• Capacity to take direction.
• Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
• Good knowledge of office proceduresRole & responsibilities
