Manager Admin

• To lead all administrative functions of the company and ensure coordination between them in all administrative matters.
• To execute all related agreements and other documents and its proper maintenance.
• To Ensure the receipt of payments from the clients; if required to do follow ups through mails and phone calls
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.

Required Experience:

• 5-10 years of experience, preferably in Building / Interior Industry.
• Experience in leading and managing the administrative department.
• Well versed in MS Office Suite.
• Fluency in English and Malayalam is a must.
• Salary Package: Rs. 3.5 lakhs – 4 lakhs per Annum
• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree.
