Role Description

Job Purpose

• To run FRP Pultrusion manufacturing unit with all sub processes and activities
• To maintain Clean and hygienic processes with all CAPA
• To develop new techniques or modification in present techniques to reduce production cost And to control wastages in desired limits.
• To see Smooth operations with good human controls, inventory controls and coordination with other respective department.
• To generate MIS to report to top management on schedule date .

Primary Responsibilities

• • Planning factory Production schedules.
• Meeting customers expectations and demands.
• Supervising the factory workers on the production floor.
• Maintaining high standards of the production line.
• Implementing production strategies as per the requirements.
• Monitoring the factory operations.
• To keep wastage within prescribed limit.
• Taking CAPA as and when required.
• Resolving any factory-related issues.
• Assigning tasks to the factory staff.
• Creating and enforcing quality control standards.
• Implementing machine maintenance operating procedures.
• Suggesting improvements in the strategies.
• Preparing production schedules and reports.
• Presenting the reports/MIS to the higher management.
• Assisting the HR department in hiring work force.
• Providing training to the new employees as required.
• Inspecting the quality of the finished products.
• Maintaining a sound relationship with the clients.

• Overall sooth operations of factory unit.
• Timely delivery schedule.

• Wastage control in limits and controls on production cost.
• Quality control of products and rejection
• Implementation of new ideas for better performance

Skills & Qualification

• •Bachelors degree in Mechanical/ Production Engineering
• At least 5 years experience working as a Factory Manager, Plant Manager, or a similar position in the FRP Industry.
• Sound knowledge and understanding of safety regulations and policies.
• Thorough knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment and machinery specially FRP Pultrusion Machine
• Understanding of strict Quality control standards.
• Ability to multitask simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with Emglish ,Hindi and Marathi Language
• •Good analytical and leadership skills.

• •Excellent organizational and time management skills
• •Outstanding managerial skills.

• •Excellent knowledge of CAD and ERP software
• •Sound knowledge of FRP chemicals and its Safety data Sheets
• •Knowledge of International and Indian standards for Pultruded FRP materials and its testing.
