MIS Executive - Billing & Invoicing

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of billing, invoicing, GST, and TDS regulations. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing, generating detailed reports, and maintaining compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and timely invoices for clients and customers.
• Ensure correct application of taxes (GST, TDS, etc.) on invoices.
• Maintain accurate records of billing and invoicing activities.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues.
• Identify opportunities to streamline billing and invoicing processes.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with GST and TDS regulations.
• File GST returns and TDS returns on time.
• Maintain accurate records for GST and TDS purposes.
• Generate regular MIS reports on key performance indicators related to billing and revenue.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and potential issues.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports as required by management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in billing, invoicing, and accounting.
• Strong understanding of GST and TDS regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
