Role Description:

• We are looking an individual with exceptional interpersonal and managerial abilities. The ideal candidate will possess mastery in handling large volumes of data using Excel, along with excellent people management skills.
• Overseeing the MIS team entails tracking their daily activities and auditing all reports they compile. monitor the implementation of MIS processes and assess their efficacy. I review collated data to extract insights and trends, aiming to enhance process performance manage the collection and analysis of data, offering recommendations for improvements, changes, and new initiatives.
• ensure thorough proofreading of all MIS-related reports before submission, guaranteeing their accuracy. Publishing daily, weekly, and monthly reports without any errors is a priority, maintaining impeccable standards of quality control.
• Timely submission of daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including Productivity Reports and Training Feedback Reports, is a priority, ensuring adherence to turnaround time (TAT) standards. I customize all reports according to client specifications.

• Master in MS Excel
• Strong hands-on management, leadership, coaching, and people management skills
• Experience defining process and standards
• Outstanding ability in managing and monitoring business operations
• Excellent organizational skills, effective time management, the ability to work independently, excellent attention to detail, positive client service attitude, the ability to multitask, and the ability to be flexible with changing priorities

• Work Experience: 1.5 to 3years
