About client - Our client  is a RBI   Registered   NBFC  taking care of the capital needs for individuals as well as businesses.

We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled MIS Executive to join our team at an Association representing the manpower outsourcing industry in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and cleaning databases across various platforms, reporting data to seniors, conducting online research for data validation, and managing company presentations and website updates. This individual performance role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in database management and reach out campaigns, along with excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and cleaning databases across platforms such as Zoho, Google, WhatsApp, and Excel
• Reporting data to seniors in proper weekly/daily formats and monitoring data usage
• Conducting online research for data validation
• Following up with members for data validation
• Managing CRM data and campaigns
• Creating and managing company presentations using tools like Canva and PowerPoint
• Updating website data

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in database management and reach out campaigns
• Comfortable with calling for data collection/verification
• Strong online research skills
• Proficiency in creating presentations
• Excellent follow-up and persuasion skills
• Relationship management skills
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Energetic and self-motivated
• Willingness to work in a startup culture

Working Days: 5 Days a week (Off: Sat & Sun)
