Job Role : Application Support Analyst
- Ensure seamless operations and high performance of healthcare software applications.
- Act as a liaison between clients, development teams, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide Level 2/3 support for enterprise healthcare applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Monitor application performance and proactively identify potential problems.
- Log, prioritize, and manage support tickets in an ITSM tool.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for incident and problem resolution.
- Perform routine maintenance, including upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with IT and DevOps teams for effective system changes.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding application issues.
- Communicate clear updates on issue resolutions and system performance.
- Create and maintain documentation for processes, FAQs, and best practices.
- Generate and share reports on application performance and incident trends.
- Train end-users and internal teams on application functionalities.
- Share knowledge with team members to enhance collaboration and expertise.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Experience : 5 to 7 years in application support, preferably in healthcare or SaaS.
Technical Skills :
- Proficiency in SQL, database management, and cloud platforms.
- Experience with monitoring tools, ITSM software, and web-based applications.
Soft Skills :
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications (Preferred) :
- ITIL, Application Support certifications, or similar.
