We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Amazon Connect Developer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in a contact center environment and a strong background in developing and implementing Amazon Connect contact flows.
This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in AWS technologies and work on cutting-edge contact center solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and develop Amazon Connect contact flows using DynamoDB, Lambda, and Lex Bots.
- Implement call routing systems, including routing profiles, queues, callbacks, emergency messaging, hours of operation, and holiday routing with dynamic messaging.
- Develop custom logic using AWS Lambda to enhance contact center functionality.
- Work closely with onshore/offshore developers and business stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and execution of project requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the contact center environment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Go CD.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of AWS Lambda APIs and integrate them into the contact center system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the contact center solutions.
Required Qualification :
- 7-10 years of experience in a contact center environment (Genesys, Avaya, Cisco).
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in developing Amazon Connect contact flows using DynamoDB, Lambda, and Lex Bots.
- Strong background in designing and implementing call routing systems with dynamic messaging, including routing profiles, queues, callbacks, and holiday routing.
- Solid working experience with Python, Node.js, or Java, with a focus on AWS Lambda APIs.
- Experience with development and version control tools like GIT, GitHub, and TFS.
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Go CD.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities with a proven track record of effectively coordinating with onshore/offshore teams and stakeholders.
- Looking for immediate or resources with maximum 30 days' notice.
Nice to Have Skills :
- Experience with additional AWS services such as Contact Lens, Transcribe, Comprehend, S3, Athena, Quick Sight, Elastic Search, Kibana, and Kinesis.
- AWS Certification (i.e., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Developer, etc.) is a plus.
