HR and Recruiter

We are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person to join us as a Recruiter.

Job Summary:

As a Recruiter, you will be an integral part of our HR team, responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to join our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to fill various job openings and gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing:

• Utilize job boards, social media, and other platforms to identify potential candidates.
• Assist in building and maintaining a pool of qualified candidates for current and future openings.

Screening and Evaluation:

• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate interviews.

Interview Support:

• Assist in the interview process by scheduling interviews, preparing interview materials, and collecting feedback.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Administrative Tasks:

• Maintain organized and up-to-date recruitment records.
• Assist in preparing offer letters and managing candidate communication.

Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with the HR team and hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and priorities.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Experience in Staffing industry and C2H hiring will be a plus
