Job Description
- Should have hands-on experience in scripting (Batch / shell / perl)
- Should have good knowledge on AutoSys Architecture and tools.
- Installation, Configuration, deployment of Agents.
- Should be able to troubleshoot issues with AutoSys.
- Should have thorough scheduling knowledge.
- Good understanding of ITIL process is must.
- Should be able to work with multiple application teams.
- Experience with different operations system will be a plus.
- Support and maintenance of Enterprise Scheduling environment
- Identify opportunities to improve/automate the existing processes.
- Providing Root Cause Analysis to determine the facts based on the problem.
- Should have expertise in defining jobs, configuring the jobs as per the business needs.
- Adherence to Change Management process and controls flow for various changes being implemented.
- Working experience of Installation, configuration, deployment and upgradation of AutoSys Components (AutoSys/WCC/EEM) would be a plus.
