Job Description
Mirafra Software Technologies Pvt Ltd is looking for DFT Engineers to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Design and implement design-for-test (DFT) strategies for integrated circuits to ensure high testability
- Develop and validate test plans, including scan insertion, built-in self-test (BIST), and boundary scan
- Collaborate with design and verification teams to integrate DFT features into chip designs
- Perform fault simulation and coverage analysis to ensure thorough testing of circuits
- Prepare and review DFT documentation, including test specifications and test patterns
- Support the bring-up and testing of silicon prototypes, identifying and resolving test-related issues
- Stay updated with advancements in DFT methodologies and tools
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior DFT engineers
