Mirafra Technologies - Manager - Sales (6-8 yrs)

Role: Sales Manager.

Location: Noida.

Desired Industry Experience: 6-8 y.

Job Description:

- Work as Individual Contributor and will be responsible for identifying, developing and closing strategic opportunities in Noida region.

- Prospecting to establish new accounts (hunting) and extending business in existing accounts (farming).

- Developing a healthy pipeline of suspects and prospects and accurately forecasting business deals to be closed.

- Building credible and lasting relationships with prospects and customers for repeat business.

- Setting customer expectations consistent with service offerings and delivery potential.

- Meeting or exceeding the individual annual quota assigned for the region.

- Attending and representing the company at various business and industry meetings and trade shows.

Desired Relevant Experience:

- The incumbent should have at least 6-8 years' experience in the sales of VLSI/SoC/ASIC Design services with a proven track record and excellent sales credentials.

- Should have proven track record of meeting / exceeding sales targets in Hardware Design services.

- Well experienced in prospecting, qualifying, proposing, negotiating and closing mid/large sized business deals.

Skills Required:

- Excellent understanding of semiconductor technology domain.

- Should have good relationship at top / senior management level of all Semiconductor / Technology Product companies.

- Ability to establish new business relationship at CXO level and nurture for long term business engagement.

Qualification:

- Engineering graduate in Electronics or Computer science from reputed college/university.

- MBA in Marketing from a reputed Institution is desirable (not must).

- 3 The candidate must be stationed / based out of Noida.
