Job description

We are hiring for Customer Service Executive service roles. Interested Candidates can walk in at 10:00 am on the venue.

JD - Customer Service Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Manage complaints received via phone call, email, and social media platforms within the defined timelines
• Responsible for handling end to end customer escalations across all products offered by the company
• Ensure all required information is well documented for RCA (Route cause analysis)
• Conduct in-depth investigation on customer complaints and work with internal teams to take measurable actions to avoid such incidents in future
• Maintain MIS for all the complaints

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate / Postgraduate in any stream with above required skills
• 1- 4 years of experience of relevant experience Skills
• Understanding of broking products
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent telephonic etiquette
• Problem-solving abilities

Qualifications & Experience:

1. 1+ years in a customer service role in a broking industry
2. Clear, concise, and confident communicator; happy to take the lead
3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with colleagues & create a team spirit
4. Proven organizational skills and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks
5. Graduate / Postgraduate in any stream with above required skills
