About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing team in Gurugram. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will play a crucial role in developing and deploying cutting-edge machine learning models. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of model development, from data collection and preprocessing to model training, evaluation, and deployment. This role requires a strong understanding of machine learning principles, algorithms, and best practices, as well as hands-on experience with relevant tools and technologies.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models for various applications.

- Work with large datasets to identify patterns, insights, and opportunities for model improvement.

- Develop and optimize machine learning algorithms using Python and related libraries.

- Implement batch inferencing solutions for efficient model deployment.

- Explore and experiment with Large Language Models (LLMs) and their applications.

- Evaluate model performance and fine-tune models to achieve optimal results.

- Collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to integrate machine learning models into production systems.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning research and technologies.

- Contribute to the development of our machine learning infrastructure and best practices.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality.

- Document machine learning models and processes.

Required Skills :

- Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and statistical concepts.

- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and their applications.

- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with relevant libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.

- Ability to design and implement efficient batch inferencing pipelines for deploying machine learning models.

- Familiarity with LLMs and their potential applications.

- Solid understanding of pattern recognition techniques and neural network architectures.

- Proven ability to develop, train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models.

- Ability to identify and solve complex problems related to machine learning.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Experience with MLOps tools and practices.

- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

- Experience with deploying machine learning models to production.

- Knowledge of other programming languages (e.g., Java, C++).

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
