Shifts : Willing to work in different shifts

Compensation : 3 lacs/annum + Gratuity and Medical Insurance Benefits (for Self and family parents, spouse, 2 children)

Job Summary:

This role supports month-end close, assessing and accounting accruals, pre-payments, fixed assets accounting and reporting, Treasury activities - BRS / Cash flow & Fund flow reports, Intercompany reconciliations, Daily /weekly / monthly reporting, S/he also identifies and undertakes initial investigation of variances against Year on year / Month on month movements.

Job Description:

• Support the team for monthly book closure, preparation and posting Journal entries, perform reporting and reconciliations activities.
• Performs calculations for Journals, cost allocations, etc. and checks / obtains information for incorrect or incomplete documents
• Creation of Fixed Asset (FA) codes, Maintenance of FA register, Run depreciation,
• Perform various reconciliations like BRS, Inventory recon, Intercompany Recon etc., analyse the open items & action for closure.
• Perform various treasury activities like maintaining interest rates, updating loan details, preparing cash flow reports, check FX impacts in P&L etc.,
• Prepare journals as advised by Finance Controllers and Finance Managers.
• Prepare monthly closure of accounts and report the completion status with the respective managers on a regular basis
• Responsible for preparation of Balance sheet accounts reconciliations and making necessary journal entries/corrections to address reconciling items.
• Prepare various Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports and circulate it to the stakeholders
• Ensure activities are delivered as per the SLA timelines and agreed accuracy.
