IT Infrastructure Executive (hardware)

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Infrastructure Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations and high availability of services.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Maintenance: Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot server and network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance.
• Technical Support: Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues; assist users with technical queries and problems.
• Network Management: Assist in the setup and management of network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls) to ensure secure and reliable connectivity.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the IT team to implement new technologies and upgrade existing systems.
• CCTV installation

Qualifications:

• Certification in hardware & networking , Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure support or a similar role.
• Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and experience with Windows/Linux server environments.
