Lead Generation Specialist


Job Summary:


We are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves cold calling, prospect outreach, and lead qualification to generate high-quality leads for our business. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and have experience in B2B lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate leads and schedule appointments.
  • Identify key decision-makers and introduce our products/services effectively.
  • Qualify leads based on company criteria and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
  • Follow up with prospects through phone calls and emails to nurture relationships.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly lead generation targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handovers.
  • Research and update the database with new prospects and contact information.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales (preferably in lead generation).
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism on calls.
  • Comfortable working in a night shift (US/UK/International market hours).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking software is a plus.
