Job Overview

Provide forecast analysis, identify business trends and variances needed to evaluate financial status and successful budgeting.

Identify financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts, monitoring variances, and identifying trends

Provide basic forecast analysis to help business stay in budget

Team player and collaborates with team members and business partners

Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data facilities overall security posture

Maintain database by entering, verifying, and backing up data

Protect operations by keeping financial information confidential

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Bachelor s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics or related field of study

4+ years of experience in financial analyst role or similar.

Highly motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment

Outstanding customer service, communication, and presentation skills

Possess excellent planning and organizational skills

Demonstrate courage with difficult issues despite personal risk or discomfort

Demonstrate analytic and critical thinking skills that drive results

Knowledge of processes & procedures development

Write clearly and succinctly in technical and non-technical formats

Excellent computer skills and comprehension of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Strong knowledge of Excel, Problem Solving, Financial Planning and Analysis is a plus
