Job Description
Role Overview: The Project Manager will oversee assigned projects from inception to completion. This role demands strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a high level of professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, coordinating with various cross-functional stakeholders and teams.
- Lead and manage large-scale projects through planning, development, launch, socialization, and adoption phases.
- Track, escalate, and mitigate project risks and issues as necessary.
- Collaborate with key team members and leadership to prioritize tasks using internal tools.
- Own and manage project plans, providing regular updates to management and stakeholders on project status, risks, dependencies, etc.
- Host and lead regular project meetings with relevant stakeholders.
Key Projects:
Electronic Inventory Card for Manufacturing and Quality
- Objective : Transition from paper-based inventory cards to a fully functional electronic system within JD Edwards.
ValGenesis for Engineering Equipment Qualification
- Objective : Implement ValGenesis, an electronic validation application, for engineering qualifications. This phase extends the existing use by the IT CSV team to include engineering projects.
eLogBook for Operations and Engineering
- Objective : Introduce an electronic logbook platform to replace paper-based logbooks for operations and engineering.
LIMS for Lab
- Objective : Implement a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) in New York.
LMS for Sales and Marketing
- Objective : Expand the existing Learning Management System (LMS) from the US to the sales and marketing team in India.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree required; Master s degree in Agile Methodology preferred.
- Minimum of five years experience in Project Management.
- Self-starter with the ability to operate independently with minimal direction.
- Proven stakeholder management skills, including managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience initiating, growing, and completing large, complex projects.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency with Excel, visualization tools like Tableau, and collaboration tools.
- Experience in Pharma industry
