UI/UX Support Engineer

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Support Engineer to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in technical support and familiarity with UI/UX concepts. This role requires basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Photoshop and familiarity with Adobe AEM (Adobe Experience Manager). This is a 24x7 support role requiring the ability to work in shifts.

- Provide first-level technical support to clients, resolving incidents and service requests via email, chat, or calls.

- Troubleshoot and resolve UI/UX-related issues, ensuring a seamless user experience across platforms.

- Assist in updating and maintaining website content using Adobe AEM.

- Collaborate with the development team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.

- Create and update support documentation, knowledge base articles, and user guides.

- Utilize Photoshop or similar tools to make minor design adjustments, edits, or mockups as required.

- Monitor system performance and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

- Ensure timely follow-up on unresolved tickets and maintain excellent client relationships.

- 2+ years of experience in an IT support or similar role.

- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and design fundamentals.

- Familiarity with Photoshop or equivalent graphic design tools.

- Knowledge of Adobe AEM or willingness to learn the platform.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web technologies (preferred).

- Ability to work in shifts and adapt to a 24x7 support environment.
