Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a high occupancy rate, ensuring optimal property utilization and student satisfaction.
• Ensure prompt resolution of Students complaints, with an average resolution time of less than 24 hours.
• Achieve a high satisfaction score through consistent property maintenance, cleanliness, and service quality.
• Minimize safety incidents, ensuring a secure and well-managed living environment.
• Complete maintenance requests efficiently, with an average turnaround time of less than 48 hours.
• Maintain financial discipline by adhering to budget constraints while ensuring service quality.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure high productivity through effective supervision.
• Maintain low absenteeism rates to ensure seamless property operations.
• Ensure a consistently high food quality rating based on resident feedback
• Promote safety awareness by achieving high participation rates in emergency drills.

Additional Responsibilities

• Optimize revenue generation while maintaining occupancy and service quality.
• Oversee overall property operations to ensure smooth functioning and tenant satisfaction.
