Job Role Overview :

- We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our Information Technology team.

- The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between our business objectives and technological solutions, ensuring that IT projects meet business needs and requirements.

- This role involves working closely with stakeholders, gathering and analyzing data, and supporting the implementation of technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Requirement Gathering : Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

- Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to understand business needs.

- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.

- Analysis and Documentation: Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.

- Develop functional and technical documentation, including use cases, process flows, and data models.

- Create and maintain detailed project documentation.

Solution Design :

- Collaborate with IT and development teams to design solutions that meet business needs.

- Ensure that proposed solutions are aligned with business goals and objectives.

- Participate in the evaluation and selection of software and hardware solutions.

- Project Support : Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects.

- Provide ongoing support to project managers and technical teams.

- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.

Testing and Validation :

- Develop and execute test plans to ensure that solutions meet business requirements.

- Identify and document defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.

- Validate that final deliverables meet business needs and expectations.

- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams.

- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.

- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project teams.

Requirements :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience : Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an IT environment.

Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.

- Experience with project management methodologies (e., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) is a plus.

- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Work Environment :

- This position may require occasional travel.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
