  • Experience: 2 + Years
Your responsibilities
  • Determines requirements by working with customers
  • Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information
  • Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
  • Enhances organization s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  • Maintains customer database by entering information
  • Sells additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell accounts; explaining new features
  • Fulfils requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests
Our requirement
  • Excellent interpersonal written and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable
  • Candidate with at least 1 year experience in International customer support
  • Leadership skills to guide and improve a team
  • Data entry and basic computer skills
  • Utmost patience while dealing with customers
  • Fast and efficient problem-solving skills

The company is nice. I was working as a csr and the night shift manager was amazingly supportive. The atmosphere at work was great and everyone worked as a team and supported each other. The work never felt stressful. The pay scale is good.

Dislikes

The only downside is you have to work every alternate Saturdays and unnecessary meetings held on every Thursdays which needs you to reach the office and hour early. These meetings should be held during the office hours and not expect people to come an hour early for it.
