Digital Marketing Specialist/Content Writer

Role & responsibilities

1. Content Creation and Management:

• Develop and manage content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms.
• Write engaging copy, including ads, emails, and social media posts.
• Create visual content (using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) or collaborate with designers.

2. Social Media Management:

• Monitor and manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Develop and schedule social media posts and campaigns.
• Track engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments) and optimize content accordingly.

3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

• Assist in improving website ranking by optimizing content for relevant keywords.
• Conduct keyword research and help implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
• Monitor Google Analytics and other tools to measure website traffic and performance.

4. Email Marketing:

• Assist with creating and sending email newsletters or promotional emails.

5. Analytics and Reporting:

• Track key performance metrics (KPIs) for digital campaigns.
• Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot to analyze data.
• Prepare reports on campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.

6. Collaboration with Other Teams:

• Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Coordinate with the content team to ensure brand consistency and messaging.

7. Market Research:

• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and audience behavior.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

8. Website Management:

• Assist with website updates and improvements.

• Concept Creation: Develop creative concepts, layouts, and designs that align with the projects goals and the brand's identity.
• Branding: Maintain and strengthen the brand’s visual identity by creating consistent, on-brand visuals for marketing materials, digital platforms, and more.
• Designing Digital & Print Assets: Design a wide range of visual materials, including advertisements, websites, logos, brochures, posters, social media graphics, presentations, and more.
