As FDC (Fault Detection and Classification) Engineer, he/she is required to work together with other functional groups in responsible in developing or maintaining Fault Detection and Classification strategies as part of Process control. He/she is also responsible in sustaining and continuously improving the operational excellence of process control and ensure compliance to procedure.
Responsibilities 1. Site governance of FDC - To configure in E3 system in order to fanout FDC process control per global team strategy - To ensure FDC implementation compliance to Business Process and Best Known Methods - To coordinate and execute process, equipment and material evaluation / optimization initiatives and implement changes at process step - To calibrate and align with network team on FDC deployment strategy and provide input as necessary - Understand proper control techniques and enforces use for critical parameters, as needed to detect quality deviations
2. FDC Performance monitoring - To monitor site s FDC performance and identify/drive improvement to achieve targets - To facilitate meeting/discussion with working team in order to discuss/diagnose the problem causes and elimination of common cause variation - To provide support in any internal or external audits on FDC relevant matter - Requirements & Qualifications:
Requirements and qualifications: - Bachelor s /Masters Degree in manufacturing system, computer science, electronics, quality control or any relevant field - Preferable 3 year experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing environment and quality-relevant functions.
