Job Description
- Understand and willing to learn how we design, develop, and implement process control systems to optimize manufacturing operations.
- Understand the documentation for process control systems, including design specifications, operating procedures, and maintenance manuals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and develop solutions.
- Monitor and analyze process data to ensure system performance and identify areas for enhancement.
- Champion maintenance of existing process control systems to ensure optimal functionality and compliance with industry standards.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for process control systems and related Process Variation sources.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in process control technology to recommend and implement best practices.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or Masters in Statistics/Mathematics.
- 0-2 years of experience in process control systems engineering
- Experience with process control software and tools, including PLCs, SCADA systems, and DCS platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, or visualization tools like Tableau/Powerbi or similar.
- Experience with advanced process control techniques and methodologies, such as model predictive control (MPC) or statistical process control (SPC).
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Certification in process control engineering or a related discipline.
