- Responsible for acquiring new broadband connections and managing customer payments.
- Expected to market the company's broadband connection and related services/products on a door-to-door basis.
- Accountable for achieving assigned monthly targets.
- Answer customers' queries and generate leads.
- Promote company services using various media such as banners, newspaper inserts, leaflets, etc.
- Increase the customer base by converting potential leads into sales.
- Track potential leads and convert them into sales.
- Provide daily feedback to the team leader on progress and challenges.
- Take full ownership of new customer acquisition from start to installation (End to End).
- Cold calling to generate interest in broadband services.
- Convincing clients to subscribe to internet services.
- Lead generation skills and maintaining lead conversion rates.
