Are you passionate about driving economic and social inclusion through startups? Join us to design and manage programs focused on inclusion-driven startups in the fintech sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify funding opportunities and craft compelling proposals to drive change through startups

- Collaborate with startups and stakeholders across South Asia, Southeast Asia, and Africa

- Develop and deliver tailored training programs and workshops

- Build strategic partnerships and represent us at forums and conferences

What We're Looking For?

- Strong understanding of the fintech ecosystem

- Expertise in startup capacity building and proposal writing

- Excellent networking, communication, and facilitation skills

- Hands-on experience in incubation and acceleration programs

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Business or related fields

- Experience in fintech, inclusive finance, climate, agri, or MSME sectors
