Job Summary:
- We are looking for an experienced Staffing Delivery Manager with a strong background in contractual hiring and managing large staffing accounts, particularly Infosys or similar clients.
- The ideal candidate will lead the recruitment delivery process, ensure seamless communication between the recruitment team and clients, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivery Management:
- End-to-End Recruitment Delivery: Oversee the full lifecycle of recruitment for contractual positions, ensuring timely fulfillment of client requirements.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of recruiters to meet delivery targets for IT contract staffing.
- Candidate Pipeline: Ensure a strong pipeline of qualified candidates by working closely with the sourcing and recruitment teams.
- Client-Specific Delivery: Tailor the recruitment strategy to meet the specific demands of large accounts like Infosys, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
Account Management:
- Primary Client Contact: Act as the key point of contact for the Infosys account, fostering a strong client relationship through regular communication and updates.
- SLAs and KPIs: Ensure delivery adhere to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), regularly tracking progress and sharing reports with the client.
- Client Retention & Growth: Identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts, working to expand services or solutions where possible.
Operational Excellence:
- Compliance & Contract Management: Ensure all contracts, labor laws, and client-specific requirements are followed.
- Issue Resolution: Handle escalations and resolve client concerns quickly to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Performance Reporting: Regularly prepare and present performance metrics, hiring timelines, and other relevant data to internal stakeholders and clients.
Vendor & Partner Management:
- Vendor Relationships: Manage relationships with third-party vendors when needed to meet high-volume hiring demands.
- Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong working relationships with partners to support recruitment efforts.
Key Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience:
- 8+ years in staffing and recruitment, with extensive experience in contractual hiring.
- Proven experience in managing large client accounts, especially Infosys or similar IT clients.
Skills:
- Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, client relationship, and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of the IT industry and contractual hiring processes.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ATS systems (e.g., Taleo, Bullhorn) and CRM tools.
- Prior experience managing large staffing projects for Tier-1 IT clients.
- Strong knowledge of staffing compliance, labor laws, and contractual hiring trends.
