Role Overview:
- We are looking for a dynamic P&L Head - Sales (Staff Augmentation) with a strong background in Domestic Staffing to lead our end-to-end sales and delivery functions.
- The ideal candidate will have deep experience in product-based environments, strong transactional knowledge, and the ability to drive both sales and delivery operations seamlessly.
- This is a Bangalore-based opportunity that requires on-site presence, catering to some of the most prominent IT and Semiconductor clients in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
- Drive the end-to-end sales cycle for staffing solutions, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with product-based IT and Semiconductor clients.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand the client base and achieve business growth.
- Oversee the sales team's performance, ensuring achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
Delivery Oversight:
- Own the delivery lifecycle for staffing engagements, ensuring client satisfaction and timely fulfilment of resource requirements.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure quality and compliance in resource deployment.
- Develop metrics and KPIs to monitor and enhance delivery performance.
P&L Management:
- Take ownership of the Profit & Loss (P&L) for the staffing division, driving profitability and cost efficiency.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Align staffing operations with company goals to maximize revenue growth and margin performance.
Market & Industry Expertise:
- Stay updated on market trends in staff augmentation for IT and Semiconductor sectors.
- Leverage market insights to tailor staffing solutions for product-based clients.
- Drive innovation in sales and delivery approaches to stay ahead of competitors.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in the staffing industry, with a proven track record in domestic staffing sales and delivery.
- Hands-on experience working with IT clients or Semiconductor clients, specifically in product-based environments.
- Strong transactional knowledge and understanding of the staffing business model.
- Proven expertise in handling end-to-end sales and delivery functions.
- Excellent understanding of P&L management, with a focus on revenue growth and cost optimization.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage client relationships, cross-functional teams, and internal stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making in dynamic environments.
