Job Description
- Identifying leads and resolving customer pain points by doing initial discovery.
- Provides leads and engages in problem-solving with the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOP), performing pilot and demo.
- Assist sales team with installation and user training.
- Regular training support to clients.
- Studies the consumption pattern of consumables.
- Share new launches with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct routine visits, rapport building, obtaining references, and testimonials.
- Helps the R&D team to bring our product innovations and customer pain points.
- Ensure customers have an outstanding experience with MicroGO s product line.
- B.Sc /M.Sc (Life-sciences) or any Engineering.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Good problem-solving ability.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal). Professional, presentable skills with the ability to convey information to a broad audience.
- Dynamic, team player with a customer-oriented attitude.
- Self-starter and open to learning.
- Willing to travel extensively.
