In this role, you will:
Identifying leads and resolving customer pain points by doing initial discovery.
Provides leads and engages in problem-solving with the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOP), performing pilot and demo.
Assist sales team with installation and user training.
Regular training support to clients.
Studies the consumption pattern of consumables.
Share new launches with existing and prospective clients.
Conduct routine visits, rapport building, obtaining references, and testimonials.
Helps the R&D team to bring our product innovations and customer pain points.
Ensure customers have an outstanding experience with MicroGO s product line.
Desired candidate:
B.Sc /M.Sc (Life-sciences) or any Engineering.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Good problem-solving ability.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal). Professional, presentable skills with the ability to convey information to a broad audience.
Dynamic, team player with a customer-oriented attitude.
