Required Qualification : CA/ Inter CA/ MBA Finance.

Role Description:

- This is a full-time role for a Finance Head.

- He/She will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company and will report directly to the CEO.

The CFO will work alongside other executives and senior leaders to drive financial strategy, planning, and execution.

This role will be located in Bengaluru.

Qualifications:

- CA education qualification is must.

- Financial Planning, Financial Statements, Finance, and Analytical Skills.

- Financial Reporting skills.

- Ability to develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts.

- Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, reporting, and modeling.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Zoho books exposure Nice to have.

- Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting or related field.

- Experience in the IT industry is mandatory.

- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.

- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.

- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements and reports.

- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk.

- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements.

- Lead and mentor the finance team.

- Collaborate with other executives and senior leaders to align financial strategies with overall business objectives.

- Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making.

- Qualifications: CA or Inter CA qualification.Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or a related field. Experience in the IT industry.

- Strong financial planning, financial statement analysis, finance, and analytical skills.

- Proven experience in financial reporting and modeling.

- Ability to develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts. Strong leadership and communication skills. Experience with Zoho Books. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
