We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Operation Engineer to join our dynamic team on a remote, part-time basis. You will take charge of our HubSpot CRM, ensuring seamless daily operations and providing valuable sales analytics to drive decision-making.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations within HubSpot, monitoring for potential risks and ensuring business continuity.
  • Produce detailed weekly sales reports to provide insights into sales performance.
  • Conduct regular SQL audits to verify sales qualified leads' accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage and update HubSpot CRM properties across all organizational levels.
  • Analyze pipeline metrics to support strategic decisions and improve sales processes.
  • Assist with quota setting, quarterly analysis, and developing accurate sales forecasts.
  • Create and maintain insightful dashboards for effective data visualization.
  • Continually audit and enhance HubSpot workflows for optimal performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Solid engineering background with proficiency in CRM systems, specifically HubSpot.
  • Experience in sales operations, with the ability to navigate between technical and sales functions.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in report and dashboard creation.
  • Familiarity with pipeline metrics, quota setting, and forecasting techniques.
  • Keen attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • Passionate about process optimization and delivering strategic insights.
